If I had an extra $3.5 million laying around

I love living in the South, but if I had the necessary funds, I would buy this house in a heartbeat.  As a model railroad fan, the kid in me screams in unadulterated joy at the idea of having a rideable train in my yard.  I can’t imagine how much time and energy it takes to put something like this together.  I have a talent or two, but nothing I’ve done in my life thus far has come close to being this cool.

  1. I wanted to be a pilot – “I have slipped the surly bonds of earth….” Not a possibility for girls on those days, so I became a flight attendant for a little while.
That is one cool train, Brosephus. 🙂

  2. I wonder if anybody else remembers when every Christmas, the old Sears store on Ponce DeLeon in Atlanta would have a big model train display. I have no idea how big it was but it seem, at the time, like it was huge. The thing was a kid magnet, which I’d imagine was the purpose of it.
